To ensure the A8A's performance, the concept, architecture and materials of the CX/MX-A5200 have been used. The double-layered bottom plate dampens unwanted vibrations and the thick copper foil of the circuit board reduces impedance. This AV receiver also features a custom capacitor and 11-channel support.
