Supra LoRad MD06 MK3 distribution block
Supra distribution block consisting of six European Schuko sockets. The input connector is an international standard IEC-320 10 amp male chassis connector, used in most devices with a detachable, grounded power cord. The block has a 10 A fuse and NIF filtering.
Note! Requires a separate power cord. Suitable cables include Supra's 10 A LORAD cables.
Supra NIF filter
All Supra power strip models feature Supra NIF (Non-Intrusive Filtering), an effective high-frequency (RFI) transient filter. It is designed and configured to effectively attenuate RFI interference without compromising the fast charging needs of power supplies in connected devices. Supra NIF was developed by Ben Duncan Research in England.
All filters and protections require a mains socket with a ground connection to function. If your multimedia and hi-fi equipment conforms to a certain standard, it most likely requires a ground connection itself and uses an IEC-320 power connector with a detachable power cable. If your device is like this, and the wall socket does not have a ground connection, we recommend contacting your landlord and/or an electrician to arrange for grounding. This will undoubtedly improve both sound quality and the operating safety of your equipment.
Supra LoRad shielded distribution blocks in aluminum casing
The aluminum frame of the Supra distribution block is connected to ground potential, minimizing the interfering magnetic field radiating into the environment. The electrically conductive frame directs harmful interference fields directly to ground, and also prevents RFI and other interferences from entering the power circuit. To achieve full interference protection, we recommend connecting all devices and power strips with shielded power cables. Supra's LORAD cables are perfectly suited for this purpose. If you haven't experienced a fully shielded system before, you'll definitely notice the difference!
