Supra EXCALIBUR USB2.0 A-B Cable

Excalibur is a top-of-the-line USB cable with improved data and power transfer, ideally complementing Supra's current, highly popular USB product range. Both the data pair and the power pair are optimized for their intended purpose.

The twisted data pair is made of PE-insulated silver-plated copper conductors. The silver layer is very thick, 3.8% of the entire conductor, ensuring optimal conductivity and a high velocity factor. Silver is excellent for high frequencies and fast data transfer.

The structure of the power conductors is completely different from the data pair. To avoid power losses and maximize the conductor surface area, Supra uses four tinned conductors in a star formation. The star configuration and separate shielding significantly reduce susceptibility to RFI effects.

The USB connectors are descendants of Supra's acclaimed HDMI connector. They are fully shielded with aluminum, and the connector body is detachable, allowing the cable to be routed through 12-millimeter conduits – without detaching and damaging the contacts of the high-quality factory termination.

Supra's digital cables are designed to perform perfectly in their operating environments. With precisely matched impedance, their jitter is negligible, ensuring that the signal is always transferred unchanged and on time from one device to another.
