Rega Planar 6
is a masterpiece of British turntable manufacturing – designed to produce the purest, most dynamic, and detailed sound possible. The Planar 6 is based on Rega's advanced design principles, first developed for the RP8 and RP10 turntables and refined in the current Planar 8 and Planar 10 top models.
At the heart of the Planar 6 is an ultralight plinth equipped with a Tancast 8 foam core, which, combined with a laminated hard surface layer, ensures exceptional rigidity and damping. The new two-piece glass platter and low-resonance aluminum subplatter improve rotational stability and reduce vibrations.
The included Neo PSU MK2 power supply enables precise electronic speed control and improves motor performance. The turntable's RB330 tonearm offers extreme precision and sensitivity, bringing out every nuance of your music.
New matte white finish available from April 2023 – the white Planar 6 comes with a clear dust cover and a two-layer clear glass platter.
