The Rega Nd9 elevates MM cartridge performance to a new level — offering sound quality that rivals many MC models.

The Nd9 is the latest MM cartridge from Rega engineers, combining top-tier craftsmanship with entirely new generator technology. The boron cantilever is both extremely rigid and exceptionally light, allowing the stylus to track the record groove precisely and stably. The Nude Fine Line diamond (3 µm lateral and 30 µm vertical radius) reveals nuances in record grooves that many other cartridges miss.

A powerful neodymium magnet (N55 grade) creates a strong and stable magnetic field, which improves generator efficiency and dynamics. The new symmetrical coil assembly and optimized magnetic air gap produce precise channel balance, low channel crosstalk, and a wide stereo image.

The Nd9 raises Moving-Magnet performance to a level previously associated only with significantly more expensive Moving-Coil cartridges – with the simplicity and reliability typical of MM cartridges.
