Rega Kyte - Standmount/Bookshelf Loudspeakers

At the core of Rega's speaker design has always been musicality, precision, and longevity, and the Kyte continues this tradition with its innovative construction and handcrafted drivers.

The Kyte stands out with its phenolic resin cabinet, reinforced with ceramic plates and internal bracing. This makes the cabinet exceptionally rigid, reducing unwanted resonances and improving sound accuracy. The rear of the cabinet features a bass reflex port, which extends the bass response and adds richness to the sound, even in smaller rooms.

The Kyte's drivers are entirely designed and manufactured by Rega themselves: the MX-125 bass/mid-range driver ensures a natural mid-range and dynamic bass, and the ZRR tweeter provides a clear and open high end without harshness. The combination of these produces a sound that is balanced, nuanced, and larger than its size.

With a sensitivity of 89 dB and a 6 ohm impedance, it is easily driven by most amplifiers – especially Rega's own integrated amplifiers, with which it forms a perfect synergy.
