Rega Aethos - Integrated Amplifier

The Rega Aethos is designed for the uncompromising music lover who wants to combine power, precision, and musicality in one package. This integrated amplifier utilizes a dual mono structure, with a separate power supply and toroidal transformer for each channel. Thanks to this solution, the Aethos delivers exceptionally clean, balanced, and controlled sound.

With 125 W per channel (8 Ω) and over 150 W into 6 ohms, the Aethos effortlessly handles even demanding speakers. The power amplifier stage uses four 160 W Sanken transistors per channel, ensuring dynamic reproduction and strong control even at low frequencies. The Aethos utilizes Class A/B amplification technology, combining the natural musicality of Class A with the efficient power handling of Class B.

The preamplifier is Class A, emphasizing naturalness and musicality. Internal components, such as polypropylene and K-Power capacitors, have been carefully selected to maximize sound quality.

Connectivity includes five line inputs, a Direct Input, and pre-out and record-out outputs. The front panel also features a headphone output, which connects directly from the power amplifier and automatically mutes the speakers.

The massive metal casing also functions as a heatsink, ensuring temperature control without external fins. The Aethos is handcrafted in England, and its design and manufacturing process guarantee both durability and long-lasting musical enjoyment.
