Phoenix Gold ZDSKV3 6.5″ stand-alone set

The Phoenix Gold ZDSKV3 is a 165mm (6.5″) stand-alone kit that fits directly into a variety of Volvo models.

The separate set includes Phoenix Gold's ZX65C midbasses, which have a metal body, polypropylene cone and rubber top suspension. The midbasses come with speaker adapters suitable for Volvo, which allow the speaker to fit perfectly in the car door.

The ZDSKV3 separate set includes Phoenix Gold ZX1TC fabric dome tweeters and soft foam rings for these, which are used to install the tweeters in place of the Volvo's original tweeter.

Each element has its own crossover, which makes installation easier. The crossovers have connectors that fit directly into Volvo's original speaker connectors, and the wires on the other end of the filter fit directly into the Phoenix Gold elements. Installing the kit does not require cutting or modifying the car's original wiring.
There are high-pass 4kHz, 12dB/oct high-pass filters for the tweeters and 4kHz, 6dB/oct. low-pass filters for the midbass.
