The selection of wood is inherently difficult. Shaping just one pair of cups takes up to 8 hours. The entire sanding, lacquering, and finishing process takes 45 days. After this, the wood components are carefully inspected to ensure that no defective pieces make it into the final assembly.

However, it is worth mentioning that all wood used in Meze headphones is strictly certified in origin. This means only mature wood that has fully grown.

Meze Audio strives for perfection in every part it designs. CNC-machined wooden cups, molded zinc alloy metal parts with galvanic plating, a stamped manganese spring steel headband, memory foam, and soft PU leather are materials that hands and eyes can enjoy.
