The design of the GZRW 300-D2 FLAT subwoofer utilized a Klippel optimization device. Only a few car audio manufacturers in the world use this device. During the long, approximately 10-hour test, the element is put under severe stress. The device monitors the temperatures of all moving parts; sometimes, the power increases up to 4 times the stated power handling. The Klippel optimization device helps to uncover the weak points of the element before production, thus ensuring a thoroughly tested and durable element enters the market.
