All GZIW basses feature a new updated under-suspension, voice coil, and IMPP cone, which is reinforced with spirals. This significantly affects the cone's resonance, so the updated GZIW guarantees an even tighter kick! Don't let the low price fool you. This element has excellent performance for its price. More design work has been done than with most manufacturers' more expensive price ranges. Klippel optimization involves 10 hours of testing, where the element's behavior is measured in many ways and weak points are dug out before production. This creates a very high-performance element. Thanks to the flat impedance response, the element absorbs power well. Thanks to the carefully designed voice coil and its cooling, power endurance is excellent. The long travel path allows for ample sound pressure levels even at lower frequencies.
