GAS MAX ASB1-8

GAS MAX ASB1-8 is an active subwoofer equipped with an 8″ element. The subwoofer's housing has been shrunk to a very low height (only 8.5cm). This makes it possible to install the subwoofer in some cars, for example under the front seat or in a van behind the front seats in the partition wall.

The subwoofer has a powerful 130W class AB amplifier with extensive control options. The amplifier has phase reversal, adjustable low-pass filter, input sensitivity adjustment and Bass EQ. In addition, the subwoofer comes with a wired level control that can be installed in the dashboard, which allows you to quickly and easily adjust the subwoofer level to your preferences.

The MAX ASB1-8 can also be installed in cars whose stereo does not have RCA outputs (e.g. factory-installed stereos), as the subwoofer has a speaker-level input, which when used will automatically turn on the subwoofer when it receives a speaker signal.
MAX ASB1-8 does not require a separate excitation current to start up with a speaker-level signal.
