S2-MultiBase is a highly effective three-layer sound insulation solution designed for easy sound damping.

The mat consists of three layers: a 1.2 mm thick butyl layer at the bottom, a 2.8 mm foam rubber layer on top of it, and an efficiently sound-insulating heavy fabric mat as the top layer.

Thanks to this structure, the mat effectively dampens both low and high-frequency sounds.

S2-MultiBase also works well on its own, reducing both work time and material needs. When MultiBase is installed on top of an alubutyl mat, a very effective damping across a wide frequency range is achieved. This installation method should be utilized whenever possible.

Thanks to its flexible structure, S2-MultiBase easily conforms to curves and contours, ensuring a quick and clean installation.

Even though the bottom layer of the mat is a soft material, it does not absorb water, so the manufacturer recommends using this mat for doors, floors, wheel arches, trunk, etc.
