The design of 4Connect STAGE2 RCA cables incorporates carefully considered solutions to achieve the best possible results.
STAGE2 cables use tinned OFC conductors (T-OFC) which are thicker than conventional conductors. The cables also include an additional conductor, which significantly improves interference immunity.
The structure features triple shielding with a very tightly twisted pair design that eliminates interference. Around the conductors, there is a foil layer that removes induced interference from the cable, as well as insulation familiar from high-voltage cables, which has a significant impact on line signal transmission.
This structure provides incredibly good interference immunity, which is particularly important for ensuring undisturbed signal transmission, especially in automotive applications.
The connector insulation is made of high-insulation HDPE plastic, and a reverse cone strain relief is molded inside the connector. Each BHMC connector undergoes tensile strength testing during quality control to ensure a secure and tight connection.
The cable also has a separate conductor that can be used as a remote turn-on cable or grounded to aid in noise reduction.
