4Connect fork connectors come with a piece of high-quality heat-shrink tubing instead of a normal rubber or plastic sleeve. Heat-shrink tubing protects the connection much better from oxidation than a loose rubber or plastic sleeve.
Many manufacturers make connectors from brass, which is a poor conductor of copper, because it is cheaper than copper. However, for high currents, it would be better to use copper to ensure the best contact and conductivity. All 4Connect ring and fork connectors for 20 mmq cables and larger cables are made of 100% copper. The connectors are rhodium-plated to ensure good contact for a long time.
This pack contains five black fork connectors. The fork of the connectors fits an M4 bolt and the connectors accept 20 mm2 cable.
