The updated Z13000 half-bridge monoblock amplifier is the latest addition to the legendary Z series, representing state-of-the-art high-power amplifiers. The new enhancements are designed to maximize the durability of the two-piece PCB and facilitate long-term serviceability.
Both the power supply and output stage sections have been reinforced, and current delivery capability has been increased.
The MOSFET components of the power supply have been upgraded to larger and more powerful ones, increasing current delivery capability by over 30%!!!
The total number of MOSFET components in the output stage has been increased from 12 to 16.
The length of the heatsink fin has been increased to meet the most demanding thermal loads.
Ready to connect to the DD Audio ZVL module, it produces well over 13,000 W RMS of raw power, offering flexibility to drive the most demanding subwoofer configurations.
The Z13K chassis utilizes DD Audio's unique High Volume Air Circulation (HVAC) thermal management system. The mass and advanced design of the extremely robust, extruded aluminum heatsink effectively dissipate heat from internal components. A brushless fan draws cooler air through the elevated base panel and end panel vents, maximizing cooling performance.
