The car-specific reversing camera is installed in place of the car's original additional brake light. The additional brake light camera is IP68 protected, so the camera is completely dustproof and can withstand high-pressure water jets.
The camera has a fixed cable with a multi-pin connector and a 10m cable is supplied with the camera, which can be used to connect the camera to, for example, an Alpine player or a separate monitor.
The camera has infrared LEDs, so the camera can produce an image even in complete darkness (0 lux)

Installation:
- Remove the car's original auxiliary brake light and disconnect the wire coming from the auxiliary brake light.
- Remove the original brake light bulb and install it in the CAM-RT3 brake light (do not tighten too tightly!)
- Connect the CAM-RT3 cable to the camera and test the brake light function.
- Connect the included extension cable to the camera's fixed cable and install the additional brake light camera in the original brake light location. Make sure that no wires are bent or pinched.
- Black wire = Ground
- Red wire = Power from reversing light
- Yellow RCA cable = To the player/monitor's rear view camera connection (if you are using an Alpine player with a Direct camera connection, this adapter is required)
