Connects2 CAM-RT3 Reversing Camera
This vehicle-specific reversing camera is installed in place of the vehicle's original high-mounted stop lamp. The camera has IP68 protection – it is completely dust-tight and resistant to high-pressure water jets. Infrared LEDs enable imaging even in complete darkness (0 lux), and the Night Vision range extends to 10 meters.
The camera has a fixed cable with a multi-pin connector. A 10m extension cable is included to connect the camera to, for example, an Alpine head unit or a separate display.

Installation
- Remove the vehicle's original high-mounted stop lamp and disconnect its wiring.
- Remove the bulb from the original stop lamp and install it into the CAM-RT3 stop lamp (do not overtighten!).
- Connect the wire to the CAM-RT3 camera and test the stop lamp's functionality.
- Connect the included extension cable to the camera's fixed cable and install the camera in the original stop lamp's location. Ensure that no wires are bent or pinched.
- Black wire = ground
- Red wire = power from the reversing light
- Yellow RCA cable = to the head unit's/display's reversing camera input. If an Alpine head unit with Direct camera input is used, an Alpine AH-CAMA-ALP1 adapter is required.
