Connects2 CAM-FD7 Reversing Camera
The vehicle-specific reversing camera is installed in place of the vehicle's original third brake light. The camera has IP68 protection – completely dustproof and resistant to high-pressure water jets. Infrared LEDs enable imaging even in complete darkness (0 lux), and the Night Vision view extends up to 10 meters.
The camera has a fixed 65 cm cable with a multi-pin connector. A 10 m extension cable is included, with which the camera can be connected, for example, to an Alpine head unit or a separate display. The camera also supports audio transmission.

Installation
- Remove the vehicle's original third brake light and disconnect its cable.
- Connect the cable to the CAM-FD7 camera and test the brake light's functionality.
- Connect the included extension cable to the camera's fixed cable and install the camera in the original brake light's location. Ensure that no wires are bent or pinched.
- Black wire = ground
- Red wire = power from the reversing light
- Yellow RCA cable = to the head unit's/display's reversing camera input. If an Alpine head unit with a Direct camera connection is used, the Alpine AH-CAMA-ALP1 adapter is required.
- White RCA cable = to the head unit's/display's audio input (audio).
