Compatibility: Volkswagen Transporter T5 2009 – 2014
Component speaker set designed and assembled in Finland for Volkswagen T5 Transporter 2009-2014.
The speaker set is based on BLAM's highly popular 8″ component set 200RS, which has been modified so that the set can replace the original speakers in the VW Transporter.
8″ Mid-woofers
Installing the speaker set does not require any modifications to the car or its structure; all components fit 100% directly in place of the original speakers and use the original connectors.
The mid-woofers feature a paper pulp cone, butyl rubber surround, and a heavy-duty magnet. These ensure high power handling and a very high sensitivity of 94dB.
25mm Tweeters
The tweeters are 25mm fabric dome tweeters with a copper/aluminum voice coil and neodymium magnets. The tweeter fits directly in place of the original tweeter, and installation is easy as there is no separate crossover, but rather the crossover is inside the tweeter housing.
Connectors
The component set uses Volkswagen OEM connectors, which ensures perfect compatibility with the car, and installing the component set does not require modifying the car's original wiring.

BLAM Relax series speakers allow for an upgrade in sound quality at a relatively low cost. Relax series speakers feature two-ohm voice coils and very high sensitivities (200RS sensitivity 94dB). This means the speaker does not require high amplifier power, making the BLAM Relax series an excellent choice even for cars where the original head unit is not replaced.
