The renewed Alpine SXE speakers are a continuation of the highly popular SXE Custom Fit speaker range, designed to replace a car's original speakers. All SXE speakers have a shallow mounting depth, making them suitable for most cars' original speaker locations.

In the new SXE speakers, the mid-bass paper cone has undergone a revamp, and the rubber surround has also been completely redesigned. These improvements have led to better control over the cone's excursion, which particularly enhances low frequencies and mid-range performance.
