The revamped Alpine SXE speakers are a continuation of the highly popular SXE Custom Fit speaker range, designed to replace a car's original speakers. All SXE speakers have a shallow design, making them suitable for most cars' original speaker locations.

In the new SXE speakers, the mid-bass paper cone has been updated, and the rubber surround has also been completely redesigned. These improvements provide better control over cone excursion, which is particularly evident in the enhancement of low frequencies and midrange.
