Alpine's legendary R-series
Alpine R-Series includes amplifiers, subwoofers, and component and coaxial speakers. Over the years, the R-Series has become synonymous with achieving the best possible sound quality, performance, and reliability for car audio.
The new R-Series amplifiers have further reinforced this perception.
R2-A150M is the larger Class D mono amplifier in Alpine's updated R-Series lineup.
Perfect amplifier for multiple subwoofers
The R2-A150M is the perfect amplifier to drive, for example, two R2-Series 10″ or 12″ subwoofers, or even four 8-inch "R" subwoofers.
Regardless of the number of subwoofers, one R2-A150M amplifier provides enough power for low frequencies!
Versatile adjustment options
Under the R2-A150M cover, you'll find all the amplifier's controls. The Subsonic feature allows you to filter out the lowest frequencies (8Hz-40Hz), and the low-pass filter's adjustment range is 50-400 hertz. Both Subsonic and the low-pass filter have a 24dB slope. Additionally, the amplifier features Bass EQ, which allows you to boost (0 – +12dB) the subwoofer level at 50 hertz.
Easier installation
The amplifier's design also considers ease of installation and usability. All power, speaker, and RCA connections are located on the same side, and all amplifier adjustments are found under a cover on top of the amplifier.
The amplifier also does not have separate mounting feet; instead, the mounting holes are integrated into the amplifier's chassis.
RUX-Knob2
The Alpine R2-A150M is compatible with the RUX-Knob2 level controller, sold separately.
