Alpine KIT-F9VW-T61
Supports the car's original rear-view camera
The iLX-F115D-VWT61 supports your car's original rear-view camera, and you will automatically see the rear-view camera image on the 11″ screen when you engage reverse gear.
Parking sensor display
If your car has factory-installed parking sensors, these will also work seamlessly with Alpine. If your car also has a rear-view camera (or one is installed later), you can have the rear-view camera and parking sensor displays on the screen simultaneously if desired.
Original steering wheel controls
Your car's original steering wheel controls also work with the iLX-F115D-VWT61. You can perform basic functions without taking your hands off the wheel, such as muting the player, changing the program source or radio channel, adjusting the volume, etc.
Car settings management
When replacing the factory-installed head unit in a VW Transporter, it is especially important not to lose the car settings managed through the original head unit. Alpine offers a unique solution for this, allowing you to modify car settings via your new head unit's touchscreen.*
*) If the original head unit has traffic sign recognition, this function will no longer be available.
Climate control display
When you adjust the climate control in your VW Transporter, Alpine displays this information on the large screen, indicating, among other things, the temperatures for the driver and passenger sides, seat heater information, and fan speed.
The information automatically appears on the screen for a few seconds when any climate control setting is changed.
Original microphone in use
If your car has Volkswagen's own hands-free microphone, this also works with Alpine.
Original MFD display
The KIT-F9VW-T61 supports the car's original display in the instrument cluster. You get radio channel names, song information, caller information for calls, etc., in the instrument cluster.
