Alpine INE-F904DC "Caravan"

The highly popular Alpine Halo 9, now also with built-in HEAVY DUTY navigation.

The INE-F904DC is the third version of the hugely popular "Halo 9" head unit and includes "heavy duty" navigation built-in. The new Alpine "Halo 9 Navi" features iGo Primo NextGen navigation with TomTom maps for 46 countries, plus three years of free map updates.

1-DIN chassis – 9″ display

The INE-F904DC has a 1-DIN sized chassis, so the head unit can be installed in any car with a 1-DIN or 2-DIN installation slot. The 9″ High Resolution touchscreen is attached to the head unit chassis with metal brackets, so the display sits firmly in place and does not vibrate or shake while driving.

The very stylish display with light ambient lighting creates a "floating" effect for the head unit.

Display height and angle adjustment

You can adjust the display angle from +45 degrees to -20 degrees, which allows installation in a wide variety of vehicles. The display height can be adjusted +/- 3cm from the center, and you can also adjust the display depth by 20mm.

Made for motorhomes and heavy vehicles

The INE-F904DC is specially designed for motorhomes, trucks, and vehicle combinations. Once you have entered, for example, your vehicle's external dimensions and weight, these will always be taken into account in navigation, and the navigation will not attempt to guide you to places where, for example, a motorhome or vehicle combination is not allowed or not possible to drive.

Pre-installed motorhome information

You can select your motorhome type (small, medium, large) or define the exact vehicle dimensions in Alpine's memory. After this, the navigation will always include these dimensions in route calculation and take into account, for example, bridge weight and height restrictions.

Transport of dangerous goods

If your cargo includes, for example, flammable or toxic gases, these will also be taken into account in route calculation. In this case, navigation will avoid, for example, city centers or protected areas that do not allow such freight traffic.

TomTom navigation

iGo Primo NextGen navigation uses TomTom maps, and the database covers maps for 46 European countries, as well as hundreds of thousands of POI destinations such as gas stations, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.
Lane guidance makes grouping easier, and following navigation on the large screen is very pleasant.

Park4Night inside

The INE-F904DC includes built-in Park4Night information. The database covers over 120,000 locations in Europe. You can search for a location on the Alpine display by category, country or region, or based on your route/destination.

All locations have clear icons and, for example, opening hours and possible services at the campsite (e.g., WiFi, washing facilities, tank emptying, etc.), and you can see the distance to the location, user reviews, and even photos of the location.

Cameras

You can also add Alpine HDR reversing cameras to the INE-F904DC head unit, which provide top-class image quality in all lighting conditions. The INE-F904DC has an Alpine Direct camera connection, so Alpine MultiView cameras can also be connected, allowing you to switch camera angles directly from the touchscreen.

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

Android Auto provides a simple and clear user interface when you connect your phone to the head unit with a USB cable. Apple CarPlay also works with a USB cable.

Note: Android Auto is pre-installed only on Android 10. For older Android versions, it needs to be installed manually.
