Wireless Apple CarPlay
The iLX-705D-W447 works wirelessly with your iPhone, allowing you to receive and make calls, dictate messages using Siri or Whatsapp, and use Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Spotify streaming while your phone is in your pocket.

Android Auto
Android Auto is standard on all Android phones running Android 11.0 or later. With Android Auto, you can access apps like Spotify, Google Maps, Waze, etc. from the player's screen when you connect a USB cable to your phone. The iLX-705D-W447's USB port has a 2.4 amp output, so your phone charges quickly while you're driving.

Original steering wheel buttons
Your car's original steering wheel buttons also work with the iLX-705D-W447. You can perform basic functions without taking your hands off the steering wheel, such as muting the player, changing the source or radio channel, adjusting the volume, etc.

The iLX-705D-W447 is also compatible with the facelift model, which has eCall / SOS emergency call function

Two USB inputs
Alpine does not include a CD/DVD drive, but thanks to two USB ports, you can, for example, charge your phone via one connector and use the other connector to connect a USB stick or hard drive from which you can play music and video files.
The iLX-705D-W447 comes with a USB adapter that allows you to make your car's factory-installed USB connector work with Alpine.

The world's first car stereo with a class D amplifier
The Alpine iLX-705D-W447 is the world's first aftermarket car stereo with a built-in 4 x 50W Class D amplifier. The advantage of Class D is its incredibly high efficiency (around 90%) compared to Class AB amplifiers (around 50-70%). New, almost silent high-speed fans keep the player cool.

Pioneer in sound quality
Alpine's sound quality has become a concept around the world, to which other instrument brands are always compared.
A 56-band parametric equalizer, two-way crossovers, six-channel digital delay controls, and separate Bass Engine SQ and MediaXpander allow you to adjust the sound exactly how you want it.
And it didn't stop there, as the iLX-705D-W447 is Hi-Res Audio certified and the player is capable of playing 96kHZ / 1,536 kbps lossless files from USB in FLAC, WAV and APE formats.

TIDAL app
Alpine ILX-705D / ILX-F905D / ILX-F115D are the world's first aftermarket car stereos that allow you to stream completely uncompressed music from TIDAL. With Alpine, you create a WiFi connection, e.g. to your phone's hotspot, after which Alpine is directly connected to TIDAL's servers. The music is not compressed or packed at any point and you get the best possible sound quality!
When the phone's hotspot and TIDAL are active, Apple CarPlay exceptionally requires the phone to be connected to the player via a USB cable.
The TIDAL app requires updating the player's software to version 2.0.000

Best display
With a resolution of 1280 x 720p (WXGA), it is Alpine's best and most accurate seven-inch display, with all icons and symbols appearing sharp and clear.

Camera management
A reversing camera (sold separately) is an accessory that we recommend for every car. The camera image appears on the player's 7″ screen automatically when reverse gear is engaged. The camera's guide lines can be adjusted to the dimensions of your car, making reversing and estimating distances even easier. With the HCE-C2100RD camera, you can change the camera's viewing angles yourself using the touchscreen.

If your car has an original Mercedes reversing camera, it is possible to connect it to the Alpine iLX-705D-W447 player. In this case, you will need the AH-CAMA-MB1 and AH-CAMA-ALP1 adapters.
NOTE: If you have a facelifted Vito (2019 or newer), the reversing cameras in these cars are made by Garmin, and these cameras cannot be connected to any aftermarket player! In these cases, we recommend the Alpine HCE-C1100D or HCE-C2100RD camera.
