Alpine iLX-705D
Multimedia player with all the bells and whistles. The Alpine iLX-705D is the successor to the iLX-702D, updated with wireless Apple CarPlay, a super-sharp WXGA display, two USB and camera connections, and a stylish user interface. It belongs to the new generation of Halo head units and is the first car stereo in the world to feature a Class-D amplifier.

Wireless Apple CarPlay

The 4 x 50W Class-D amplifier offers approximately 90% efficiency compared to the Class AB's 50–70%. Nearly silent high-speed fans keep the player cool.

56-band parametric equalizer, two-way crossovers, 6-channel digital time correction, Bass Engine SQ, and MediaXpander. Hi-Res Audio certified: plays 96 kHz / 1536 kbps FLAC, WAV, and APE files from USB.
Entertainment and Connectivity
RDS tuner, DAB/DAB+ radio, video playback from USB (MP4, MOV, FLV, MKV), Bluetooth hands-free and audio streaming, HDMI input, WiFi (wireless CarPlay), GPS/Glonass antenna included.
Cameras
Two camera connections (Alpine Direct). The rearview camera image automatically appears on the screen when reverse gear is engaged. Adjustable guidelines. Alpine MultiView cameras (1280 x 960) are recommended.
Installation
The head unit has a 1-DIN chassis but always requires vehicle-specific or universal 2-DIN installation accessories. Not installable in a 1-DIN installation slot (like Halo9 or Halo11).
