Alpine HDA-M80 Status Mono Amplifier
Best Sound Quality
The Alpine Status series incorporates many technologies, components, and materials familiar from Alpine's F#1 Status series to ensure the best possible sound quality – but at a more affordable price than the F#1 Status series. The Alpine Status system can reproduce music at up to 192kHz/24bit quality, available from various online services and streaming platforms.
Class D Mono Amplifier
The HDA-M80 Alpine Status is a Class D mono amplifier utilizing Sierra-H technology. The amplifier delivers 1 x 500W into a four-ohm load and 1 x 800W into a two-ohm load. The amplifier's frequency response is 8Hz – 400Hz (-3dB).
Sound Quality
Alpine Status amplifiers use only the best possible and carefully selected components and technologies that you won't find from any other manufacturer. The amplifier's chassis is made of copper, which prevents external interference from entering the audio signal. To ensure the signal remains completely unaltered, the amplifier's circuit board is black, which prevents distortions in the signal potentially caused by light reflections. The HDA-M80's signal-to-noise ratio is >107dB.
Complete Alpine Status System
All components of the Alpine Status series are designed purely for sound quality and with the best possible listening pleasure in mind. Unlike the F#1 Status series, all Alpine Status components can be purchased separately.
Sierra-H Circuit
When the original analog signal is converted to a digital signal, Sierra-H compares and corrects it twice to achieve highly accurate reproduction, ensuring nothing is lost from the original music.
Connectors on the Same Side
All connectors (power/ground, speaker outputs, RCA inputs and outputs, RUX-Knob2) and fuses are on one side of the amplifier. This allows for easy and stylish installation. The Rux-Knob2 control allows you to easily adjust the subwoofer level. Rux-Knob2 is sold separately.
Thermal Management
Alpine Status amplifiers feature exceptionally advanced thermal management and a protection circuit that can control the amplifier's operating temperature. Status amplifiers will never shut down due to overheating, allowing you to enjoy your music without interruption.
Power and Speaker Terminals
All Alpine Status amplifiers use extremely compact terminals into which cables can be firmly screwed. The terminals facilitate installation and ensure lossless contact with the terminals.
Peak Sound Quality
Alpine Status can reproduce music at up to 192kHz/24bit quality, which uses over six times the amount of data compared to a traditional CD or streaming service. This allows you to extract even the finest nuances and details from the music, bringing you as close to studio-level sound as possible.
