Alpine HCE-C2100RD
The HCE-C2100RD is a new camera introduced in 2018, utilizing advanced HDR technology. Compared to a traditional camera, the Alpine HCE-C2100RD offers excellent image quality, even in challenging lighting conditions.
In a traditional camera, bright areas of the image can easily blow out, or alternatively, shaded areas remain black. HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology balances these differences, resulting in a very clear view behind the car.
The HCE-C2100RD is equipped with switchable viewing angles, allowing you to choose the most suitable from four different options (Rear view, Top view, Corner view, Panorama view). The viewing angles can be changed directly from the Alpine head unit's touchscreen.

Alpine Direct Connection
The HCE-C2100RD features Alpine's proprietary Direct connection, making it compatible with all head units that have a Direct connection.
Accessories
KCX-C250MC adapter: You can add up to three Alpine Direct cameras to your head unit and control them from the head unit's touchscreen.
KWE-EX5CAM extension cable: The HCE-C2100RD camera comes with a 10.5m cable. An additional KWE-EX5CAM extension cable is available, providing an extra five meters of length for installations such as in RVs.
KCX-C2600B adapter: If your head unit does not have an Alpine Direct camera input, you can still add two HDR Multiview cameras using a separate KCX-C2600B adapter.
