Wharfedale celebrates its 90th anniversary by releasing a limited edition of its revamped classic 50s/60s Dovedale speaker.
The new Dovedale has an unmistakable resemblance to the Heritage family. It is a three-way stand-mounted model that has retained similar proportions to the classic Dovedale models of yesteryear. The wood-veneered cabinet has a vintage look, but the level of finish is distinctly modern — a true tribute to the craftsmanship required to produce such a speaker.
The original Dovedale models (W2 from 1959, updated to W2/Dovedale in 1965) were known for their rich and natural sound quality. The new model retains these characteristics and improves performance in every aspect: free-breathing dynamics and incredible precision in the bass and midrange frequencies.
Design: Real wood veneer, walnut finish. Note! Includes stands.
