The Monitor Audio Silver AMS is the series' Dolby Atmos effects speaker that can be used to reproduce Atmos effects in situations where ceiling-mounted speakers are not an option.

Compact Performance – Monitor Audio Silver AMS 7G

Designed for Dolby Atmos systems in the Silver series, this effects speaker brings new dimensions to movie audio when ceiling-mounted Dolby Atmos effects speakers are ruled out. The speaker fits seamlessly on top of the Silver 300 model in terms of dimensions, but it can, of course, also be used with other speakers in the Silver series. If you're leaning towards the smaller Silver 50 or Silver 200 models in the series and are looking for a model that better fits their dimensions, we recommend checking out the Bronze AMS model, which fits these models quite nicely in terms of size.

Technology on the terms of audio reproduction.

The Monitor Audio Silver AMS model utilizes Monitor Audio's own C-CAM drivers. This is a composite material originally developed for the aerospace industry, characterized by excellent rigidity and light mass. The light and rigid driver moves quickly under the influence of the voice coil controlling the cone, and the rigid cone ensures that the cone surface remains stable throughout the entire range of motion. As a result, the Silver 50 speakers are capable of crisp and surprisingly dynamic reproduction for their size, as well as clarity and detail that illuminates recordings.

Monitor Audio products have gained a reputation for their high-quality finish, which stands up to comparison with significantly more expensive models from competitors. The optimal placement of speakers is partly facilitated by the fact that they are not ugly, so there is no need to desperately try to hide them behind flowerpots or similar.
