The Marantz Model M1 boasts power and quality suitable for a wide range of loudspeakers, from small bookshelf models to large floor-standing speakers, or even ceiling and in-wall speakers. The M1's highly efficient amplifier delivers 100W of stereo output with phenomenally low distortion—just 0.005% THD (measured via digital inputs). If desired, you can add a subwoofer to create a 2.1-channel system. The MODEL M1's advanced configuration options allow independent adjustment of both high-pass and low-pass filter frequencies. Additionally, +/-15 dB subwoofer level adjustment ensures fine balance with various speakers.

Powerful amplification is complemented by high-resolution music support. While many small digital amplifiers are limited to CD-quality 16-bit/44.1 kHz resolution, the MODEL M1 supports a full high-resolution music experience via streaming services, network, or even a USB connection, including 24-bit/192kHz PCM resolution and DSD support. The MODEL M1 maintains the signal digitally from end to end to ensure these high-resolution signals are delivered with the best possible quality. This simplifies the signal path and eliminates errors caused by inexpensive DA converters typically found in entry-level hi-fi equipment. It also means that all sources benefit from powerful built-in DSP technologies, including Marantz Music Digital Filtering (MMDF), first developed for the manufacturer's reference-level CD players, and designed to produce the warmth and musicality characteristic of all Marantz products.

Whatever audio sources you wish to listen to, the MODEL M1 provides the means to do so. Use the HEOS app to access all music services available on the HEOS platform, including upcoming updates for TIDAL and Roon Ready support.

In addition to HEOS, the MODEL M1 supports Bluetooth, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, and AirPlay2, ensuring wide wireless music streaming for almost any content, and from almost any device. You can even play audio locally from a connected USB-A drive, making this compact device a versatile and high-resolution powerhouse.
