The successor to the popular and award-winning Marantz CD6006 CD player is here. The CD6007 delivers a more superb sound than its predecessor thanks to even more carefully selected components and improved circuit design. A robust double-layer chassis and sturdy feet effectively eliminate unwanted vibrations, while an oversized, low-noise power supply powers the player's digital and analog circuits. The device features a top-quality AK4490 DAC with two digital filters, which converts digital signals to analog.
The CD player supports almost all types of CD formats, as well as a comprehensive range of different file types. In addition, a remote control is included, which can also control the PM6007 amplifier. The CD6007 also offers first-class sound quality from demanding hi-fi headphones thanks to its newly developed, refined headphone amplifier. The headphone amplifier features Marantz's high-quality HDAM-SA2 circuit, separate gain control, and an auto-off feature.
