Power cable with top-of-the-line construction
The iFi-Audio Nova features a top-of-the-line construction with five conductors, each made from heavy-gauge continuous-cast OFHC (Oxygen-Free High Thermal Conductivity) copper, arranged in a geometrically balanced configuration – this is very rare in cables at this price point; similar technology is used in HighEnd cables.
Two pairs of live and neutral conductors are arranged on either side of the ground conductor, which is placed in the center of the cable. Additionally, another pair of air-dielectric separators are arranged on either side of the ground conductor, keeping the two pairs of live and neutral conductors separate while improving the cable's dielectric performance and structural integrity.
The cable is finished with a durable and flexible polymer casing and iFi's custom-made audiophile-grade connectors featuring 24-karat gold-plated oxygen-free copper conductors.
