The Grado GS3000x is the best headphone produced by the family-owned Brooklyn company in its seven decades of existence.

The headphone's body material is made of Cocobolo wood sourced from Central America, into which a metallic inner chamber for the driver itself has been set.

Massive X-Series Driver

Together with the new 52mm diameter X Drive driver, the beautifully finished wood structure ensures a deep and nuanced sound. The wood material and the new driver are precisely matched to each other to ensure optimal sound.

The X Drive driver features a stronger magnetic circuit than before, a lighter voice coil, and a redesigned diaphragm. The larger headphone driver, compared to the older e-series, has better efficiency, less distortion, and preserves the harmonic coherence of the music in an unprecedented way.

Other X-Series Updates

Like other high-end Grado X-series headphones, the GS3000x also features an updated 12-conductor headphone cable, which is both more flexible and purer in sound quality than before. The headband has also been re-thought in terms of construction and is now more comfortable during long listening sessions.
