FOUR S3-Door Solution PRO

A high-quality damping kit for effective sound insulation of two car doors. The kit includes five different damping materials, with which you can make the doors very sturdy and acoustically excellent.

Package contents

• S2-BaseFoil (2 pcs, 0.37 m²) – Self-adhesive aluminum sheet that seals gaps in door structures and strengthens metal surfaces. Increases rigidity, reduces resonance.
• S3-BaseMat 3.0 mm (8 pcs, 1.48 m²) – High-quality aluminum-butyl mat for dampening resonances and sound insulation. See also: FOUR S3-BaseMat 3.0 mm individual sheets
• S2-TopFlex 6.0 mm (4 pcs, 0.74 m²) – Closed-cell foam for thermal and sound insulation. Installed on top of the S3-BaseMat.
• S2-SoftFlex 7.0 mm (2 pcs, 0.37 m²) – Absorbing damping material for behind the door trim.
• S1-FabricTape (2 m) – Self-adhesive felt tape to eliminate squeaks between the door card and the metal panel.

Installation order

• S2-BaseFoil – for the largest openings in the inner door panel
• S3-BaseMat – on top of the door panel to reduce vibration
• S2-TopFlex – on top of the S3-BaseMat to enhance damping
• S2-SoftFlex – behind the door trim
• S1-FabricTape – between the door card and the metal panel
