S2-WAVEFLEX PU is an effective pyramid-patterned damping mat designed to eliminate disruptive resonances originating from structures. S2-WAVEFLEX PU is a highly flexible material.

The basic material of S2-WAVEFLEX PU is identical to S2-WAVEFLEX, but the PU version has a water-resistant black polyurethane film, which allows this mat to be used in places where the mat is exposed to moisture.

S2-WAVEFLEX PU conforms to the surrounding structure and fills the space behind the panel. The material tends to return to its original shape, pressing against the structures and effectively reducing excessive sound transmission and vibration.

The mat starts to damp sound from low frequencies (approx. 100 Hz) and works particularly well at higher frequencies (over 500 Hz).

The product is perfectly suited for vehicles and other structures where vibration or resonance occurs. It is an effective solution for reducing noise issues in doors, roofs, dashboards, and various support structures, for example.

Thanks to its highly flexible structure, FOUR S2-WAVEFLEX PU is easy to install even on curved and challenging surfaces. The material's moisture-repellent property makes it a long-lasting and safe choice for demanding applications.

S2-WAVEFLEX PU also works in sound insulation for home appliances and various devices.

Each mat's release liner has guide lines at 1cm intervals, making it very easy to cut to the correct size.

Basic rules for installation:

• Thoroughly prepare the surface for treatment:
remove standard sound insulation materials,
degrease the surface.

• The materials do not require additional heating. Installation should
be proceeded at an ambient temperature at least +10℃ / 50 °F

• The materials should be pressed with a roller to the
corresponding areas of the car body thoroughly,
preventing air bubbles formation
