• ABS basket reinforced with fiberglass. The basket is designed to achieve maximum torsional rigidity (bending resistance) while offering minimal resistance to air movement.
• Pressed paper cone with water-resistant treatment. It is widely recognized that cones made from paper represent an ideal combination between lightness, rigidity and the ability of cones to reduce unwanted vibrations (read: distortion).
• High-damping single-wave rubber surround. The Perbunan® rubber surround is much more stable to temperature changes than regular rubber.
• The 25 mm voice coil uses an aluminum former and a double-layer winding technique with copper wire on an aluminum core.
• High-grade ferrite magnet, a type of magnet with significantly higher performance than "common" magnets.
