A significantly more advanced version of its super-popular little sister, the RCD-N10, it features an even better amplifier and a premium-class DA converter, bringing the RCD-N12 close to the sound quality of separate components.

Thanks to Denon's characteristic Quick Select options (3 pcs), the device is astonishingly easy to use. For example, save or play your favorite playlist with a single press. Or select the desired input connection and preset volume with one button. Each amplifier channel delivers up to 65W of power (into 4 Ohms), which is easily enough to fill the listening room with realistic sound.

Designed entirely with Denon® expertise. A 6-inch bass/midrange driver, a 1-inch high-resolution tweeter, and a high-quality crossover ensure that the sound is reproduced naturally and pleasantly. The RCD-N12 includes digital EQ processing capability, specifically optimized for the Denon® SC-N10 speaker pair.
HDMI ARC connection, but that's not all
The HDMI ARC connection allows a simple single-cable connection to enhance TV sound and control the volume with the TV's remote control. On the other hand, even if your TV does not support HDMI ARC, you can teach the RCD-N12 to obey your TV's remote control. In this case, TV audio can be connected via the optical connection.
HEOS Built-in streaming and multi-room features
With other HEOS-compatible devices, such as Denon Home speakers, you can play music in one or more rooms in perfect synchronization. Available music services vary by country. Easy control is ensured by the free, Finnish-language HEOS app.
AirPlay 2 and Apple Siri voice control
Stream your favorite music services, such as Apple Music and Spotify, or watch videos from YouTube and Netflix, on any iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV. Listen to their audio perfectly synchronized to the speakers with an AirPlay 2 connection. AirPlay 2 also supports multi-room playback - stream content wirelessly to multiple AirPlay 2-compatible devices simultaneously with enhanced audio buffering for uninterrupted playback. AirPlay 2 allows you to control and group compatible audio devices in the Apple Music or Home app. Use AirPlay 2 from the app or with your voice via Siri.
HEOS - music services for your entire home
Thanks to the HEOS system, the RCD-N12 plays both alone and together with other HEOS-compatible devices. You can play the same or different music in different rooms. For example, add Denon Home 150 speakers to other rooms, and you can enjoy synchronized music or listen to a sports broadcast from a TV connected to the RCD-N12 throughout your home.
Headphone jack
Connect wired headphones directly for private listening. If you have Bluetooth headphones, you can listen to all audio sources wirelessly.
Optical digital connection
The optical input supports PCM signals up to 192 kHz/24 bit resolution. If your TV does not have an HDMI ARC connection, the optical input is a good alternative. The CEOL can be set to wake up automatically from the TV's audio signal.
Pre-out connection and subwoofer output
The RCD-N12DAB can fill even larger listening spaces with superb sound when you connect an external power amplifier and/or active subwoofer. The device has both a separate stereo pre-amplifier output and a subwoofer output.
Phono input

You can choose whether the time is displayed on the device's screen in standby mode. You can set, for example, a radio channel to wake you up on desired weekdays.
