The DD Audio 700 "G" revision includes significant improvements to the motor structure: longer voice coils, a thicker top plate (and thus a deeper magnet gap), and a more robust magnet assembly. These features enable a very large excursion, efficient heat dissipation, and better voice coil control, resulting in more powerful, cleaner, and more impactful bass.

With the increased excursion, the driver's suspensions have also been designed to meet the new demands. A higher surround, which is attached to the cone with double stitching. The multi-layer spider ensures better control, tighter bass, and longer durability for the driver.

The 700g series is available with 2x2 or 2x4 ohm voice coils. The coil diameter is 3″. 10″, 12″, and 15″ drivers are available.
