Audison Prima APBX 10 AS2 10" Active subwoofer
The updated version of the EISA 2018-2019 best active subwoofer. The 10" long-throw dual-voice coil subwoofer has an impedance as low as 0.16 ohms, which is supplied by a specially developed internal amplifier with a whopping 400 W RMS power. A new feature in the AS2 version is the amplifier's DBT (Dynamic Bass Tracking) technology, which monitors the incoming signal and eliminates signal peaks that cause distortion, allowing the subwoofer to be played at full power and the sound always remains dynamic.
The subwoofer has an SSP (Sub Smart Plug) terminal, which makes it easy to remove the amplifier from the container. A convenient wired level control is included in the package, which allows you to easily manage the overall subwoofer level directly from the driver's seat.
The ultra-compact subwoofer can be mounted to fire upwards for the most punchy and accurate reproduction, or downwards to exploit the car's acoustics to amplify the lowest frequencies. Velcro mounting feet are included for easy and quick removal.
The APBX10AS2 automatically starts up from both speaker and line level signals.

10. For a downward-mounted subwoofer, feet are supplied with velco stickers for easy attachment.
11. Rounded edges allow for easy installation in a container and eliminate standing waves that are generated inside the housing.
12. Exclusive cone, dust cup and basket geometry produce long travel while keeping overall depth low.
13. HRC AP remote control is included in the package.
14. A sturdy metal protective grille keeps the element safe.
